Strategic AI workflows introduced to CX Innovation team
Partnering with DART’s CX Innovation Team, I was tasked with two missions: integrate AI into their team’s workflow, and bring their ideas for the future of public transit to life—visually, vividly, and with strategic clarity.
We developed two high-fidelity concepts that were fast-tracked for implementation, plus 28 additional blue-pencil concepts that helped reimagine rider experience, digital touchpoints, and future-facing services. Every concept was successfully pitched and approved by the board.
